Lorenzo Dragoni, P.E.

Mr. Dragoni has had ample experience in plant engineering, mechanical contracting, and general construction of industrial plants. He has pioneered the construction of special mechanical projects in Puerto Rico and Central America such as solar energy systems, and custom built A/C and energy recovery systems.

He has also served as President and Board Member of Puerto Rico’s Mechanical Contractor’s Association, and leads Aireko’s preconstruction and construction management team, as well as the building systems maintenance and installation services.

Charles Reagan


BSME – SUNY Syracuse

Mr. Reagan business experience includes managing the myriad of issues involved in growing and developing a privately held company including ownership and management succession, acquisitions, divestitures, sales, marketing, and LBO transactions and growth.

Prior to acquiring his company Mr. Reagan held a variety of positions in manufacturing, sales and management at the air conditioning equipment producer Carrier Corporation and the International construction firm Kimbach Company.
 

Waldemar Toro

General Manager

Mr. Toro has over 10 years of experience in the electrical and mechanical disciplines, as well as the construction management fields, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects in both the public and private sector, including industrial, institutional, commercial and residential projects.
As General Manager of Aireko Services and Installations (ASI) he is committed to helping clients maximize operating results to excel in the overall achievement of their development objectives, as a one single source for HVAC and electrical upgrades and shutdowns, tenant improvements, and general construction maintenance services. He is a member of the IEEE and PMI.
 

René Rivera

Vice President of Operations

Mr. Rivera has ample experience in project management and construction of industrial and institutional facilities in and outside Puerto Rico. René has also managed large residential and institutional projects for the tourism sector.
As V.P. of Operations he directs mechanical as well as general construction projects for industrial and institutional clients. He is a past President of Puerto Rico’s Mechanical Contractors Association.
