Preventive Maintenance Programs
The benefits of a well planned and executed Preventive Maintenance program result in higher energy efficiencies, increased reliability, extension of equipment life spans, reduction of untimely and sometimes costly repairs while providing a more productive work environment.

Full Labor Maintenance Programs
In addition to a well planned and executed Preventive Maintenance (PM) program, a Full-Service Labor program builds upon the PM program with a more comprehensive offering that normally includes all PM labor, 24-hour emergency labor costs, and labor to perform repair services. ASI provides boiler sales and services to Puerto Rico and the Caribbean region. With a staff of over 40 well-trained, expert multidisciplinary engineers and technicians, ASI continues to guarantee the best planning, installation, commissioning and maintenance of steam generation and hydronic systems. 24/7 repairs, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance services are available for all steam applications. ASI is also the exclusive representative of Cleaver Brooks boilers for Puerto Rico, and US and British Virgin Islands.

Companies, big or small, who own one or more generators, or those who rely on gensets extensively for prime power, require constant maintenance. ASI’s Full Power Generator Services provides a reliable maintenance schedule that complies with the manufacturer’s requirements to ensure maximum service time for the generator and proper operation when it is needed to provide power.

As part of the regular maintenance services, our gensets experts will:

• check all parts and replace those that are not properly functioning.
• install and replace parts using the standard National Electrical Code.
• our staff will keep you up-to-date with all local and federal certifications to avoid penalties or liabilities.
• help prevent and maintain your generators in optimum capacity to ensure business continuity.

Josen Rossi

Mr. Rossi is Chairman and majority owner of AIREKO General Construction. Josen has managed civil, institutional and industrial jobs for the Company since 1980, and is particularly experienced in fast track CM/GC and Design-Build Construction. He has also directed the development of AIREKO’s computerized estimating, cost control, and management systems.

Mr. Rossi is also actively involved through the company and personally in community and industry associations such as the Puerto Rico Manufacturer Association, the AIREKO Foundation, and the Young Presidents Organization.


Waldemar Toro
President & Board Member

BSEE – Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico MS Construction Management – Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico

Mr. Toro has over 20 years of experience in the electrical and mechanical disciplines, as well as the construction management fields, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects in both the public and private sector, including industrial, institutional, commercial and residential projects.

As General Manager of Aireko Services and Installations (ASI) he is committed to helping clients maximize operating results to excel in the overall achievement of their development objectives, as a one single source for HVAC and electrical upgrades and shutdowns, tenant improvements, and general construction maintenance services. He is a member of the IEEE and PMI.


Lorenzo Dragoni, P.E.
Board Member

BSME, University of Puerto Rico - Mayagüez Campus 1964 - P.R. License 4507

Mr. Dragoni has had ample experience in plant engineering, mechanical contracting, and general construction of industrial plants. He has pioneered the construction of special mechanical projects in Puerto Rico and Central America such as solar energy systems, and custom-built A/C and energy recovery systems.

He has also served as President and Board Member of Puerto Rico’s Mechanical Contractors Association, and leads Aireko’s preconstruction and construction management team, as well as the building systems maintenance and installation services.


Charles Reagan
Board Member

BSME – SUNY Syracuse

Mr. Reagan business experience includes managing the myriad of issues involved in growing and developing a privately held company including ownership and management succession, acquisitions, divestitures, sales, marketing, and LBO transactions and growth.

Prior to acquiring his company Mr. Reagan held a variety of positions in manufacturing, sales and management at the air conditioning equipment producer Carrier Corporation and the International construction firm Kimbach Company.


James Tustin Sasser
Board Member

BA, Grove City College

Partner and president of The Tustin Group (TMS LLC), a provider of advanced HVACR mechanical solutions for commercial, institutional and industrial customers in the Southern Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware and Southern New Jersey areas. He is also a board member of Aireko Enterprises, an integrated construction services enterprise based in Puerto Rico.

Tus has been in the mechanical services industry for nearly thirty years, 20 of which have been with his own company. What was once a two-person mechanical services company in 1992 is now a multi-disciplined family of companies offering mechanical contracting and service solutions, water treatment solutions and advanced building energy management solutions to hundreds of industrial and commercial customers.


Carlos Rivera

Mr. Rivera is a general manager, business developer and operations leader experienced in energy, industrial and service companies. 20+ years of successful international practice in large and Fortune 500 corporations.

As Vice President of Aireko Services (ASI) he is committed to helping clients maximize results and objectives providing a single source of HVAC, Automation, Energy and Water Management Solutions.


James Gillen
Board Member

CPA License since 1987

Mr. Gillen has over 30 years of Financial Management experience in the construction industry. He has directed due diligence and analysis on numerous acquisitions and served on various construction company Board of Directors.

He is also the Chief Financial Officer at The Tustin Group, LLC.


Steve Fluck
Board Member

Mr. Fluck has over 27 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry. He started his career as a Service Technician working on a variety of equipment from residential to industrial ammonia systems. Also, he has led several initiatives such as the implementation of a mobile solution for field technicians, centralized dispatch operations, and integration of acquisitions into the Tustin Group.

He has been at The Tustin Group for the past 15 years, working his way through the management ranks with a focus on business growth, profitability, and company culture.
